I am working on signal analysis, so I have different signal, I have found their peak, but now I want to compare the peaks of all my signal, and find similar peaks in them. could you please help me how I can do that to comapre all the signals and find important and similar peaks.

Sounds like you want to perform a cross correlation analysis.
