How I can save the figures plotted from multiple cycles into a specific folder created and make a movie from the images sequence

I have 100 cycle of images in loop i, but the figure showed the latest cycle only. How to display the figures in every cycle and save all of the figures in 100 cycles to a specific folder. The saved images then animated like a video in matlab. Help me!!

I would remove the figure() call within the loop. Instead, I would add drawnow() after the second imshow().

You can imwrite() arrays to files.

I have removed figure() and added drawnow() after the second imshow. But, the next figure will replace the current figure as figure 1. I have a total of 42 figures per cycle. How do I show 42 figures per cycle ?

See: Create a movie. Movies are useful if you have a complex animation that does not draw quickly in real time, or if you want to store an animation to replay it. Use the getframe and movie functions to create a movie.
