Data vector of accelerometer values as input for simulink?

Hello,
Please, recently I have posted in here a question about some data acquired from an accelerometer (MPU-6050) and vectorized so I could perform a frequency analysis on it. This part is OK, I can read the frequency of the vibrations perfectly, but now I wish to do some control theory, using PID for instance, with the support of Simulink.
Finally, the question is: can I input these data vectors as an input in order to foresee the acommodation time and overshoot values, for different Kp, Ki, Kd values? For example, if I intend to decrease the frequency of that vibrations to a offset level? This is the real goal of the exercise...
Have you ever seen something like that? Or maybe an application that can clarify this exercise for me?

Thank you very much in advance!!!
