error when installing zynq radio supporting package

Im using matlab2018b While installing the zynq radio supporting package, there is a warning emerged:
undefined char input for function codertarget:arm_cortex_a.internal.getinstalldir
after configing of Communications Toolbox Support Package for Xilinx Zynq-Based Radio(all test passed),I type 'zynq ' in command window, however a error accrued
undefined variable codertarget or class codertarget:arm_cortex_a.internal.getinstalldir
