How to convert the raw hyperspectral image (hawaii ; which is 12 bit raw file through the multibandread command) into .mat file?

I used the command but it is not giving the image having the lot of paper & salt noise.

In the same way I am unable to draw the hyperspectral image of Lake Monona, Mt. St. Helens and Erta Ale.
