Why did my matlab of r2009b does not have function coder ?

When I intended to convert my matlab codes to c ,there was an error dispalyed,tell me that this function has no definition,how did this happened,look forward to your answer. thank you sincerely !

MATLAB Coder was not released until ~R2011a.

MATLAB Coder was not introduced until R2011a. (See http://www.mathworks.com/products/new_products/release2011a.html)
Note that MATLAB Coder is an optional extra-cost product (about $US6500)
