Find the normal vector field and tangent vector field of a a smooth contour of uniform sampled points

I initialize a few points first, interpolate points in-between, and resample points uniformly. The result is shown below and I now have a set of 100 points. How could I find the normal vector field as well as the tangent vector field of the contour?
