what toolbox to use for a deep neural decision tree with neural network

I use 2018b and plan to design a system of : a decision tree combined with deep neural network.

I wonder what toolbox from Mathworks should I learn and use to design the system.

What feature or app will provide the flexibility to integrate the designed system with Simulink for a closed loop control?

By the way, this regression learner app, does it ahve a function to save the session?
