how to download MATLAB

I have a license, I log in, I run the setup (win 64 R2019a), but no option is available for just download the files for later installation ! Web site setp-by-stpe is useless for me because no "download only option" is selectable ?

Where did you find the setup.exe ?

I ask because there are two setup.exe. The installer unpackages to include a setup.exe that is intended to do downloading and has the option being discussed. Once that download only option is used, the downloaded files include a different setup.exe that is intended for installation from the current directory.
