Rise,settling times of a discrete system

I have a tracking response for a discrete model predictive controlled system in simulink and I want to get the rise time and settling times for my system output signal as shown in the attached pictureCapture.JPG. I tried to use the bilevel measurements option however it only gave me the overshoot.
