I want to use variable capacitor in SimPowerSystems (like in simscape).How can i do it?

There is no block that will readily let you do this in SimPowerSystems but, the Simscape foundation library has a time varying capacitor block.
However, if you are limited to SimPowerSystems, use this example to design your own variable capacitor
