apply signals to notch filter

filterhey every one please halp me:(

i have a signal x= sin (w0t) f0=1250 t=0 fs=50

and i want to apply notch filter to this signal and get out put

and i should use this command roots freqz zplane filter and i have h(z) for my filter and have pole and zero too

so what should i do ?
