Why am I getting a Duplicate directory name from the Applications folder in my MATLAB ?

How can I solve this error ?
Warning: Duplicate directory name: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a\toolbox\stateflow\stateflow

Open pathdef.m and remove the duplicate folder.
