Bayes Network get predictions

Hi,

I've used the script found here http://www.mathworks.co.kr/matlabcentral/fileexchange/23273-k2-algorithm-for-learning-dag-structure-in-bayesian-network to create the DAG for my data and its given me the following output:

but say I have some new data what do i do to predict the outcomes with the above values
