What is the difference between the classification learner and fitcknn

hi guys !

right now im working on pcg classification.

for the classification i use 2 method,which is the classification learner toolbox and fitcknn in command window.

im using the same 10fold cross validation,neighbor number, and euclidean distance

but the accuracy of the 2 method is different

-the classification learner give 99,6% accuration

-the fitcknn in command window give 99,8% accuration

so why is the accuracy different even though im using exactly the same data & parameter?
