Text files for export the data

i am working in matlab programme i have export this data in excel file.Presentely i am run my programme in high speed system, but in that sysytem excel files are not supported . you suggest me any other text file other than excel file.

Storing numerical data in text files has the disadvantage, that the values need to be converted twice. Prefer storing the data in a binary file, e.g. MAT or depending on the data a direct storage of the arrays by fwrite.
