fing barcode from a DNA Sequence

I have a fastq file from that I have to seperate barcode(highlighted with green color) which is sandwiched between V1 and V2. Please suggest which method I can use to obtain this

Maybe what you are looking for can be achieved through substrings this link can be helpfull
