how to optimize the number of parameter by using GA

I wanna optimize the number of parameter by using GA(genetic algorithm) and lhsdesign (Latin hypercube sampling).

sitution is this,

1. set the first generation by lhsdesign. i wanna set the number of parameters and the parameters.
2. optimize the number of parameters and the parameters.

num = 3 %the number of parameter（x,y,a）←i wanna change 'num' constant into variable
