Unexpected exception (unknown exception) was caught when saving data to workspace

if my model contain blocks that write data to workspace like To Workspace or logging by scope, everytime I stop the simulation I always get the unknown exception error. But I can still use Simulink normally. Then when I close Matlab, it always crash.

Could you check how much disk space you have? In particular look at the disk that tempdir() refers to.

I have about 250gb and I used half of it.
