Hello everybody,
I generated a fullfactorial DoE and ran it through my simulation program, which calculated the target values based on the factors.
Factor 1 (exemplary): ambient temperature (10°C, 20°C, 30°C)
Factor 2 (exemplary): sun exposure (1h, 2h, 3h, 4h)
Factor 3 (exemplary): precipitation (5mm, 10mm, 15mm)
-> 36 experiments
Target Value 1 (exemplary): height of plant
Target Value 2 (exemplary): size of fruits
I would like to display the effects of each factor on the target values and appearing interaction. While looking for possible solutions, I came across interactionplot, maineffectsplot and multivarichart. But I'm eager to hear your suggestions on how to tackle this task!
Cheers, Christian

A possible workflow for this could be to normalize each of the factor values using the “normalize” function elaborated here. Select appropriate method of Normalization for favorable results. Following this, you could choose to observe the stacked bar plot or group bar plot elaborated here.
Alternative, you could add the target values similarly after normalization to the group bar chart, to observe side-by-side how the factors have contributed to the target values.

Would these bar plots contain more information than the maineffects- and interactionsplots?
