How Can I get Toolbar on Simlink?

I want to use Simlink from Matlab2019a.

I watched some web site to study how to use simlink and these website uses "Toolbar" on simlink's window.But my simlink doesn't have "Toolbar".

I think that I have to install something to get "Toolbar".

How can I get it?

I opened this window by below

Matlab' home→choose Simlink→choose Empty model
