Plot 2D circle image with color bar

Good morning,

I have points with coordinates (x,y) in 2D cartesin system. The points cover a circler zone and each point have a value of temperature.

I would like to plot an image with temperature colorbar which means a filled colored circle and the color varies with temperature (see attached file).

I appreciate your help.

After converting your points to polar coordinates using cart2pol.

I don't see an easy way to do what you want using inbuilt functions unless you build your own plotting function...
