How do I call on each point in a triplet individually, so that I can perform a calculation on each triplet set?

The other day, Matt J offered a great solution to my first problem, which was: "What is the best way to store groups of 3 nearest non-zero pixels?"
I would like to build on his answer to now perform a calculation on each triplet set (see attached file), but I need to call on each point of the triplet set within an equation. After that, I'll need to iterate in a loop to perform the same calculation on every triplet set. What is the best way to do this?
