Dear Sir/Madam
I want to know why in block of PID in simulink the result of tuning regarding to setteling time and overshoot is different from those one when I enter the same coefficients that resulting the tuning in block in simulink. figure 1 is related to PID tuning in pid block in simulink and figure 11 is related to output of simulink as the file lin.xls that I attach, gives the output.
For example in attached file as can be seen there is difference between two images regarding to Overshoot and setteling time.
Another question is that why the coefficients that order pidtune in matlab gives me is different from those one that from simulink results?
It gives me these coefficients:
C =
1 s
Kp + Ki * --- + Kd * --------
s Tf*s+1
with Kp = 1.39, Ki = 0.0519, Kd = -13.1, Tf = 9.43
But the same answer regarding to OV% and Ts.

Can you explain your model in more detailed way by describing you end goal?
