Beside every Question or Answer, or above every Comment, there is a little icon of a Flag. If you click on that, you can type in a reason why you think the material is a problem. The high-reputation volunteers examine the flags and usually make decisions, and for cases that are especially bad, we bring the problem to the attention of Mathworks employees.
