How can i link same index of two vectors vectors?

Hi all,

i have these data:

A= [a; b; c]; %a, b c are row vectors 1x365
V=var(A');
M= mean(A');
G=max(V)

I'd like to know how can i obtain the value of "M" corresponding of index max(V). The idea is: M(index of max(V))=value.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks!
