bias correction by quantile mapping

I have 2 data sets one is observed data and other is simulated data. The data is in the form of 17x15x3355 array, where 17x15 is the grid(longitude x latitude) and 3355 is the time scale indicating number of days. Now the data in each grid point needs to be bias corrected with the observed data at that grid point for the duration of 3355 days. The bias correction needs to be done by quantile delta mapping. How to do it?
