How can resolve an issue related to message display as (can not reload 'E:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016b\bin\win64\libmwsimulink.dll') when i am trying to access simulink model.

Have you found the solution yet? I got this error because recent Matlab update. I also use R2016b

You need to reinstall some C DLL's and restart MATLAB.
