problems connecting a Voltage Measurement Block to parallel RLC branch circuit.

RE: SimPowerSystems. When I try to connect a Voltage Measurement block to a "terminal" on the Parallel RLC branch block all I get is a dashed red line indicating no connection.
When I instead try to connect to the branch in the middle of the existing connection line, a "tie point" is created and the connection turns black. It appears to connect properly. Alas when I attempt to run the simulation it indicates that the voltage measurement block input is not connected.

I'm sorry this answer comes too late to be useful:
It sounds like the first issue is a UI bug preventing connection of lines that should work. As I can no longer check the images, I must assume that in the 2nd case, the voltage measurement was not connected correctly such as to give the correct output. That issue has certainly been fixed at this point.
