Updating a Support Package is done differently depending on the MATLAB Release you are using.
For MATLAB R2016a and Earlier
Home > Add-Ons > Check for Product Updates
Between MATLAB R2016b and MATLAB R2018b
Home > Add-Ons > Check for Updates > Hardware Support Packages or Add-On Features
In MATLAB R2019a
Home > Help > Check for Updates > Hardware Support Packages or Add-On Features
For MATLAB R2019b and Later
Home > Help > Check for Updates
