How can i make a map from pcapfile?

i have a lidar data with pcapfile and want to build a map like this.

how can i make that?

Have you looked at these examples:

• Build a map from Lidar data
• Build a map from lidar data using SLAM

You need to replace the source of point cloud data with the result of calling readFrame on the velodyneFileReader.
