Subtract every element of array from one another and find the sum

I want to subtract each element from one another and find the sum of each column for every element. Array is [47.07 49.39 56.87 69.04 72.80 72.68]

Thanks for the answer but I don't want the diagonal zeros

However, the diagonal zeros do not contribute to the sum so you might as well leave them in.

Hint: if a square array has R rows, then in linear indexing, the diagonal elements are R+1 apart and can be deleted based on that fact.
