How can i change border of Traveling Salesman Problem from usborder to a rectangular border.

With only the information we have been given, I think the only solution is to take away the passport from the salesman. With better information a better answer can sometimes be gained.

So you want to try Cleve's or Loren's approaches for solving the TSP? Just substitute your own graph object reflecting which regions are adjacent.
