Suppose I have a simulink model for a feedback loop with various sub blocks. I want to replace one of the sub blocks with its spice / verilog ams / verilog a counterpart and simulate in simulink. Assume I don't have access to Cadence pspice / spectre but only have LTspice foe example.

It is possible to convert a SPICE subcircuit to custom Simscape components using subcircuit2ssc.

Thanks Sabin. The aforementioned utility is limited to level-1, level-3 MOS models only. Actually, I require it for BSMI4 models. Since I haven't mentioned this in my question, it's my mistake. However, there is is no utility to cosimulate Verilog-AMS components with SPICE as of now. I am accepting your help, nevertheless. Thanks and merry Chrimstmas !.
