azimuthal Steering angle measurement in 3D plot

Hi,
I am trying to work on a phased array LiDAR project. I have done simulation in FDTD and exported the data for the field pattern into the matlab and generated a 3D pattern. Is there a way we can obtain the steering angle through labels in this figure?
