Use ver command to check the Version information for the MathWorks Products. And check if Powertrain Blockset is present in the list.

If it is present probably you should be able to use it.

Thanks for responding! Unfortunately the mentioned Add-on isn't available. Either way, I believe the add-on can be accesed as a part of the 30-day free trial. I'm unable to do that as well. It says that the product is unavailable for download now and that a MathWorks representative will contact me. Hasn't happened yet. Any suggestions?
