Why does the coordPoints not keep the negative values from the other two variables?

Why do the negative values disappear in coordPoints?

The code:

coordPoints = [convexHull,coordsConvex].';

convexHull:

16
13
11
8
5
1
18

coordsConvex:

-10	3
-9	-5
6	-10
8	-7
8	6
-7	8
-10	4

coordPoints:

16	13	11	8	5	1	18
0	0	6	8	8	0	0
3	0	0	0	6	8	4
