How would the MATLAB code look for polyshape, given a set of coordinates for all the nodes for a network of polygons?

I need generate some code that will return:

Number of polygons
Number of sides/edges for each polygon
Length of all edges
Areas for each polygon

I have attached files containing the coordinates for all the nodes. If someone has a different/better way to do this, please show me what you have. Thanks in advance for all your help.
