animation of X ,Y coodinates

Hi,

I have thousands of x y cordinated and at each cycle X,Y changes and hence i would like to do animation of those x,y cordinate.

this helps to find out where was my last x,y point, is there a way to do this ? mostly i am intreseted to find the moving locations.
