How to compute the logarithmic decrement (or damping ratio) from acceleration data

Hi,
I did some vibration tests on wood beams and I have the acceleration vs time data. From these values, I can extract the natural frequency but I would like also to get the logarithmic decrement. Do you know the easiest way to do that?
