functions to import czi files

Are there any functions to import czi files, which is Carl Zeiss Image files?

I don't have any Zeiss equipment or softwear, "Zen".

I have just czi files and MATLAB, which is including Image Processing Toolbox.

I hope to open, view, and process czi files by MATLAB.

You can use bfopen function (under Bio-Formats toolbox).

For me the code was as follow:

img=bfopen(path_to_file.czi); % The import file was a 1x4 cell

imgnew(:,:,1)=img{1,1}{1,1};

imgnew(:,:,2)=img{1,1}{2,1};

imgnew(:,:,3)=img{1,1}{3,1};

image(imgnew);
