Where can I publish Matlab-compiled software?

I have built Matlab-compiled software, and I want to share it for free. Thus, I just want to know where I can publish such a program.
Does anyone have suggestions?

What reason would people have to trust that the security tool is itself secure?

github perhaps. However, github is primarily intended for source, not for binaries.

Do you want to say that the code should be published!
Before you edited the original question, you were talking about "security software". People should always be suspicious of "security software".
About once a week, I get a phone call from someone claiming that their servers have detected that my computer is causing security problems and wanting me to run "security software" that will supposedly detect malicious programs on my system. It is well known that instead of scanning for malicious software, that the program they offer inserts malicious software itself and that the scan looks for banking details and password information so that the people can commit identity theft and steal money.
It is strongly unadvisable for anyone to trust closed-source "security software" from organizations that do not have an established reputation for security work.
