How to Convert image pixes into Binary Bits in MATLAB?

imgg=imgrgb(:,:,2);
imgb=imgrgb(:,:,3);
imgrb=hexToBinaryVector(dec2hex(imgr(:,1:ceil(4*L/row))),8);
imggb=hexToBinaryVector(dec2hex(imgg(:,1:ceil(4*L/row))),8);
imgbb=hexToBinaryVector(dec2hex(imgb(:,1:ceil(4*L/row))),8);

This code does not work???

How I can convert into binary bits and embed with cipher text??
