how to perform 5-fold cross validation for an image dataset?

 Implement 5-fold cross validation for an image dataset.I have 10 images each of 40 persons.ie,40X10 images .The data set is for the face recognition.First 4 folds is for training and the other one is for testing.Iam currently using the AT&T face database.
