how to implement noise jamming in Simulink?

I am planning to implement noise jamming over specified frequency bands and evaluate its performance over different modulation schemes. How do I get started with the same?

To generate noise jamming signal, you can use step function present in Phased Array System Toolbox.
I hope this will help.
