Matlab crashes with Gurobi

Hello,
I'm trying to solve an optimization problem with Gurobi.
When I solve small problems, it works fine. However, as I increase the size of my problem, at one point, it crashes. (There is more than 100 000 variables and constraints)
It happens when gurobi() is called.
I'm using matlab R2017a on a linux server and Gurobi 7.5.2.
What is the problem?
