how to fit or plot a eclipse with these data point
Fit the above data points using an eclipse . display the center (x0, y0). Also plot the above points (using squares) and the fitted eclipse (using solid lines) in the same plot.
x=[ 2 4 5 2.5 -0.3 -0.9 1.2 ];
y=[ 10 7 1.5 -2 0.1 5.7 9.7 ];

Interpolate 1D array for both x & y, then plot, Here interp1 function
