I need help about ecg signal conditioning using morphological filtering

Hello guys,I have a project to do and I can not.Because I am so new on matlab maybe you can help me about my problem or give me finished code :)

I need to implement the function underlined by turquoise color.As you can see upside of the paper there are mathematical formulas.I tried to do but my ecg signal seems empty after erosion,dilation,opening or closing operations.
