Convert .fig into .eps by a linux command

Dears,

Is there any linux commands to convert .fig file to .eps ?

I have a big report with lots of matlab figures saved in png format. However, it is required to put figures in eps format. I don't want to open one by one the fig files and save them in eps. I am wondering if there is any linux command which can do that automatically ?
