Downsampled frequency or original sampling frequency for signal filtering?

I have downsampled my eeg data signal. To filter this signal after downsampling should I use the original sampling frequency or the downsampled frequency? Can someone please help me out.

You can use the downsampled frequency for design of the required filter.

You can look into the Filter Designer App for designing the required filter. The Sampling frequency is an important parameter among the design specifications.
